Registering as an Introducer lets you introduce your clients to us as their new funding partner of choice. We ask that you register so that we can gather the information we need to meet our Know Your Customer requirements.

Our registration process is quick and simple, we only ask for the information we need to start working together as quickly as possible so that you can introduce your clients to us without any unnecessary delays.

Becoming an Ultimate Introducer means that not only can you refer all your clients to us, you also receive our monthly newsletter – in which we share examples of deals we’ve worked on during the month, our latest news and opinion pieces and information about our funding solutions and processes – access to the Introducer events we run – webinars, round tables, experience days – and access to exclusive Introducer competitions.

Our registration process is quick and easy: simply fill in our online form so that our Partnership team can contact you to set you up in our Introducer database. Should you want to discuss anything in particular prior to registering, you can contact us via our online chat or call us on 0800 121 7757.

We’ll then just need to ask you to fill in our online Know Your Introducer form and agree to our terms and conditions as part of our KYC requirements.

You will then have access to your dedicated Regional Director so you can start referring your clients to us.
We want to keep businesses moving, which is why our processes have been designed with ease and speed in mind. We’ll only ask for the information we need and we make the most of latest technologies to ensure quick turnarounds and enhanced security: automated ID verification, access to Open Banking to verify bank statements, accounting services integration and electronic signing of documents to name but a few.
None of the subsidiaries in the Ultimate Finance Group are FCA regulated and authorised firms for the purposes of FSMA, and we do not provide products in the regulated lending space. As a result, Ultimate are not obliged to comply with the Consumer Duty rules and this is consistent with the views coming out of many of the industry trade bodies. This means we don’t have to be actively complying with the requirements to prepare statements about our product information, pricing detail and fair value. We are aware that the guidance from the FCA regarding introducers who themselves are authorised but dealing with non FSMA authorised and regulated lenders is unclear and, there is some confusion as to what introducers need to do to ensure that they have complied with their obligations in those circumstances. This is something we have raised with NACFB, who in turn are raising the issue with the FCA. We haven’t received any further feedback at this stage and whilst we want to work with our introducers channels to resolve this issue, until any further guidance is issued to the contrary, Ultimate will not be preparing the information set out in the Consumer Duty rules.
