Addressing cashflow needs through Refinance

This business specialises in the provision of several core products including construction supplies, grab lorry hires and haulage and delivery.

Having just installed a wash plant to help remove dirt, scale and other unwanted elements from construction material such as sand, gravel or crushed stone, the company needed additional cashflow to tide them over until the new wash plant could generate sufficient income.

Regional Director John Hallett tailored a Refinance facility against the plant to inject £125k back into the business and offer it the breathing space it was after.

John says, “Refinancing is a great tool to get access to the cash tied up in existing valuable assets and help keep a business moving without the need for hefty deposits or high interest rates”.

With the funding in place, the business can continue to provide an excellent service to existing clients ,and with the wash plant close to opening it is looking forward to a new wave of growth in the coming months.
